HOW FAST DO YOU DISPATCH?
From click to ship in 1-2 days. That is our mantra. Our production team springs into action the moment your order lands. Your personalised products will be created and ready to fly out the door within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping timeframes then depend on your location and are outlined below.

* At checkout, we will always present you with an option for express shipping, which will be quoted at a live rate calculated based on your location and the quantity of products you have ordered. You will be able to compare the cost for standard and express shipping and nominate the way you want us to send your order to you.

Delivery for all international orders is quoted at checkout at competitive live rates which are calculated at the time of order based on your location and order quantity.
We will present you with options for standard and express shipping and you will be able to nominate the shipping method for your order. As ship costs vary significantly from country to country, it is best to proceed to checkout, where our clever platform will present you with the best shipping options for you.
The timeframe for international delivery varies significantly depending on where you are located in the world, but we only use the best carriers out there. Once your products have been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details for your shipment which will provide an estimated date for delivery. You can then contact the nominated carrier to get specific details on the date and time of delivery.
Now for the stuff we need to say. As you probably know, delivery times vary according to our shipping partners’ load volumes and estimates given are exactly that…. estimates. We will do everything we can to hurry things along, but please be mindful that the speed at which your order moves is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
As an Australian company shipping your products overseas, we are not responsible for any local country, provisional, government, state and local sales tax, goods and services tax, value added tax, excise and similar levies and/or taxes and/or import duties applicable to your purchase in your home country. If you receive notice that additional local sales taxes or duties are applicable to your purchase, you will be responsible for the payment of these. We unfortunately are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to make timely payments of such taxes and duties.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER AND INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?
It is important that you double check your delivery address at checkout before placing the order for your products. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address before we have dispatched your order, please contact us at hello@beysis.com and we will happily change the delivery address at no charge. However, where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and we have dispatched your order, we may need to charge a redelivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt.
