PERSONALISATION
Is your personalisation service free?
Yes! You can add your name, monogram or custom message for FREE with complimentary personalisation on all of our products.
How do I personalise my item?
Start by picking your product and colour. Next, hit "Add Custom Text" (right under the color swatches) to personalise your masterpiece. Pick the position of where you want your name to shine, type in your text, and don’t forget—we’ve got 8 cute emojis waiting to join the fun! Now, click "Next Step: Format Text" and choose a font that’s as bold or classic as you are. Use the slider to finesse the size, then hit "Add to Cart" and, voilà! Your personalised item will be added along with your personalisation, exactly as you imagined.
How will my personalisation look?
Our design team are sticklers (in the best way)! They double-check every personalisation to make sure your custom text is legible, aligned correctly and no characters are cut off. If your personalisation is looking a little funky on screen, don't sweat! Our designers will fix any letters that appear cut off and ensure it is perfect before it hits production.
How long does personalisation take?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time may increase during busy holiday seasons and promotional periods.
What fonts can I choose?
Each Beysis product has a selection of fonts tailored to suit different tastes, with a focus on print quality. Simply select your preferred style from the options displayed for each product. Have a specific font in mind? Contact us for a quote via hello@beysis.com.
Is there a character limit when personalising?
Unlike other companies, we don't charge per character because we don't want to limit your creativity (or capitalise on it)! But to ensure your finished product is of the highest quality, each product has a max number of characters as a safeguard so your custom text is legible. Character limits are dependent on a variety of factors including the size of the product and the location of the text. You can see the maximum number of characters for each product in the bottom right corner of the custom text box:
Is personalisation easy to remove?
Our products are built to last, including the personalisation. We apply special proprietary technology to layer and cure your custom text so it can withstand regular use. However, like most things, it may show wear over time.

Do you ever go on sale?
From time to time, we do offer exclusive discounts to our customers, followers and subscribers. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter (via the footer of our home page) and following us on Facebook & Instagram to get access to special offers as they go live.
My discount code isn't working. What should I do?
Discount codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, can only be redeemed once per person. All Beysis discount codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. If you are having an issue with a discount code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the discount code and that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact us via hello@beysis.com.

How can I pay?

How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
What are my shipping options?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Beysis ships worldwide with few exceptions. Please see our Shipping page for more information regarding international shipping.
How long will delivery take?
Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 2-15 business days after dispatch. Please see our Shipping page for more information regarding Australian and International shipping.
When will you re-stock a sold-out item?
We understand how disappointing it can be to miss out! While we strive to keep all favourites in stock, some may become temporarily unavailable. We notify all our email subscribers and social media followers of re-stocks as soon as inventory arrives, so please join our mailing list at the bottom of our home page.
GIFTING
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't, BUT... have you seen our packaging? With gifting in mind, all Beysis products are individually boxed in our signature, artist designed, drawer pull box which is better than any wrapping paper (in our humble option). We then pack your boxed product in a cardboard shipper or padded mailer bag for extra protection during transit.
I'm sending as a gift! Can you skip the receipt?
No worries at all! We won't include any paperwork in the package. All order documentation will be sent digitally to your email, so you’re all set for gifting.
Can you include a personal note with my order? I'm sending this as a gift.
Yes, we offer free gift notes! Just write your heartfelt message at checkout and we’ll print it on a gift card and include it in your package.
Do you have eGift Cards available?
Yes! Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem. The recipient has the option to choose their favourite Beysis product and add their own personalisation. It really is the perfect last minute gift they are guaranteed to use. Grab one HERE.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us via hello@beysis.com. While we cannot make any guarantees as we work at lightning speed, we will happily cancel if your order has not been printed. Kindly note that if your order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.
My order was damaged in transit!
If your order has been damaged during the delivery process, please get in touch with our team by lodging an enquiry via hello@beysis.com.
My order appears to have been lost
If your order hasn’t arrived within our allocated shipping times or your unique tracking link is showing the package as delayed for a long period of time, please contact us at hello@beysis.com or our live chat!
Can I buy a spare part or replacement part for my reusable?
Yes, we offer a variety of replacement parts to reduce waste and support sustainability. Visit our Parts page for available components.
What happens if my bottle gets stained?
Unfortunately, life happens! If your Beysis water bottle gets stained, we have a few remedies to help minimise the stain's appearance:
- Vinegar Soak: Soak the bottle in a mixture of vinegar and warm water (1:1 ratio) for a few minutes. Follow up with a thorough scrub using the scour side of a sponge.
- Baking Soda Scrub: Mix baking soda and warm water (1:8 ratio) and soak the bottle overnight. Scrub it well with the scour side of a sponge afterward.
- Jif Cleaner: Apply Jif cleaner to the stained area and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, scrub it thoroughly with the scour side of a sponge.
By using these methods, you can help restore your bottle and keep it looking its best!
