How fast do you dispatch?
Once we receive your order, our production team will move faster than the wind to create your personalised products and get them ready for shipping within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping timeframes depend on your location and are outlined below.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $6.40 (inc GST). Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $100 with the code FREESHIP* at checkout.
At checkout, we will also present you with an option for express shipping, which will be quoted at a live rate calculated based on your location and the quantity of products you have ordered. You will be able to compare the cost for standard and express shipping nominate the way you want us to send your order to you.
* The FREESHIP code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
What is the timeframe for delivery within Australia?
How quickly you receive your products depends on which shipping option you have selected, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners in town to get your personalised creation to you.
We ship from our warehouse based in Sydney, NSW, and our carriers estimate the timeframe for delivery as follows. Please note that these timeframes can change from time-to-time, so for the most up to date estimate to your location, please check the Australia Post website here.
Standard Shipping: takes between 3 to 5 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA, and regional areas. If border restrictions are in place, sometimes this can cause delays. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will include the most up to date information here so you know what the lay of the land is. Please note production times at the top of this page when estimating when you will receive your order.

Once your products have been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details for your shipment. You may then contact your nominated shipper if you need specific details around the date and time of delivery.

We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most worldwide destinations, including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, the Middle East and Asia. International orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address and a zip code and a contact phone number (including country code) are provided.
How much is international shipping?
Delivery for all international orders is quoted at the live rates we have access to which are calculated at the time of order based on your location and order quantity. We will present you with options for standard and express shipping and you will be able to nominate the shipping method for your order. As ship costs vary significantly from country to country, it is best to proceed to checkout, where our clever platform will present you with the best shipping options for you.
What is the timeframe for delivery internationally?
The timeframe for international delivery varies significantly depending on where you are located in the world. Once your products have been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details for your shipment which will provide an estimated date for delivery. You can then contact the nominated carrier to get specific details on the date and time of delivery.

What about International Taxes and Duties?
As an Australian company shipping your products overseas, we are not responsible for any local country, provisional, government, state and local sales tax, goods and services tax, value added tax, excise and similar levies and/or taxes and/or import duties applicable to your purchase in your home country. If you receive notice that additional local sales tax, goods and services tax, excise or or import duties are applicable to your purchase, you will be responsible for the payment of these. We unfortunately are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to make timely payments of such taxes and duties.
What happens if I enter an incorrect or incomplete address?
It is important that you double check your delivery address at checkout before placing the order for your products. Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and we can’t deliver your products, we may need to charge a redelivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt.
