Returns
We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee from the time you receive your order if the product you have purchased is damaged or has a defect. It's that simple.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return if you have simply changed your mind, made an error in the personalisation process or selected the wrong product. Please note that your personalisation will only appear on the location you nominate - the lid OR body. So please double check your order to ensure you have positioned your text in the right place.

Treat your new baby with love. We know it's tempting, but do not wash in the dishwasher. Hand wash with warm soapy water and let dry with lid removed.
